Mission
What I want is to unite, to put together everything in my life that has helped me to grow, to overcome difficulties, to discover what I love to know, to do ... and above all to be.
I want to share, with simplicity, the tools and reflections that have sustained me through the challenges I have encountered. I consider myself a lucky person: in my life I have had - and still have - what many people desire and what is not always guaranteed. I think of the basic needs, as Maslow describes them: safety, security, stability.
Yet ... I have suffered deeply. And what made suffering more difficult was not feeling entitled to feel it.
There are pains that society easily recognizes - the "category I" ones, we might say: health, family, relationship, economic problems.
Then there are the "category II" ones, which are quieter and less obvious: lack of self-esteem, nameless fears, loneliness even among people, the sense that "something is wrong" without knowing what, personal dissatisfaction, conflicting emotions that are difficult to explain.
These are the pains that often find no place. And they are also the ones that take us furthest from ourselves.
This site was created to give voice to all these dimensions.
It is a place where I collect and share what I have discovered in books, courses, dialogues, relationships, and above all, in the time spent listening to myself.
I do this with deep respect for each story, without judgment.
Those who pass by here can take a grain of sand with them... or leave everything where they found it.
I chose to build this space with my own hands - and with the support of artificial intelligence, which has also been a training ally for me.
If something is not technically perfect, forgive me: it's all part of my growth process.
The blog is the first tool in this mission.
The articles follow a thought-out path, although each one can be read independently.
The fairy tales are intertwined with the themes of the articles: I love symbolic language and consider it a mirror of the soul.
Also, being a mom, I am called upon to give answers and explain to my daughter what is going on in the world, in everyday life.
I believe that children should be explained as much as possible, but in their own language, without transporting them into the adult world, and especially with an adult's approach: this would make them mature before their time.
They understand everything, but they also grasp the way it is explained.
Therefore, I want my daughter to understand life, but to be able to look at it with the eyes of a child even when she is an adult.
Don't misunderstand: I don't want her to remain childish, but I don't want her to lose her curiosity and lightness.
Services come at the end... but they are by no means last in importance.
They are just the next step in this beginning of mine.
The work accompanied by any facilitator or professional is faster, but it also involves more commitment.
Not everyone needs to rush — not right away.
Change can happen slowly too, through small steps, with a bit of effort whenever it’s possible.
What matters is to move, to begin, to take one more step toward your own serenity, happiness, freedom… whatever it is you’re truly seeking.
This space was created with one intention: to share.
To make reflections, experiences, and tools accessible.
To offer what I have learned — and what I’m still learning — through life.
If you feel like writing to me — to ask questions, suggest topics, share a thought, or even offer kind and constructive criticism — I warmly invite you to do so.
Every exchange is a chance for growth...
Maybe I’ll be able to offer an idea or a spark for your own search.
Maybe what you share will help me strengthen my ability to say “no” and honor the boundaries of my values.
Everything has its purpose.
I cherish dialogue shaped by calm tones, kind words, and deep respect.
Thank you for being here.
And if you feel like it, come find me… among the words.
